Three individuals were fatally shot over the weekend close to a homeless encampment in Downey, California, authorities confirmed. Police received a report of gunshots around 9 p.m. on Saturday near Interstate 105 in Downey. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered three men with gunshot wounds who unfortunately succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
