Two boys sustained gunshot wounds in a McDonald’s establishment in the Bronx on Saturday evening, as indicated by New York City police. Both victims, aged 12 and 13, were taken to the hospital and are currently in stable condition, according to a spokesperson for the New York Police Department. Law enforcement officials are actively looking for a male suspect, who reportedly entered the fast-food restaurant in the Allerton neighborhood of the Bronx around 10 p.m. on Saturday and proceeded to shoot at the boys before fleeing the scene. The 12-year-old suffered injuries to his leg and back, while the 13-year-old was shot in the leg, law enforcement stated.
