10 injured in Queens shooting outside music venue

Ten people, aged 16 to 20, were injured when suspects opened fire on a group outside a music venue in Queens, New York, on Wednesday night. The venue was at capacity, leaving about 15 people waiting in line when the incident occurred, according to the NYPD.

Suspects flee in car with out-of-state plates

Authorities report three to four male suspects approached the crowd and fired at least 30 shots before fleeing the scene on foot and escaping in a sedan with out-of-state license plates.

Victims hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries

The injured, including six females and four males, were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. Police confirmed there were 90 people inside the event space at the time of the shooting.

Investigation continues with gang connection suspected

Law enforcement is investigating the incident, exploring whether it may have been gang-related. Officials confirmed the shooting was not a terrorist attack. The NYPD continues its search for the suspects.
